British Columbia are one of BC's most popular visitor destinations. Within these islands there are 5
major islands which are serviced by daily
ferries from both Vancouver and Victoria. Salt
Spring, Pender,
Mayne,
Galiano
and Saturna are
the most popular Gulf Islands, and they offer a variety of
activities and services to the visitor.
These islands are all known for their natural beauty,
tranquility
and unique character. Days can be spent exploring the rocky
shores of these islands, kayaking the waters between them, or simply
browsing through the local craft markets. An island

WATCHING REPORTS
- Reporting 38 killer whales spotted at various
locations within Johnstone Strait. There was multiple spyhops,
fantastic vocals (above & below surface), Belly rolls,
tail slaps, foraging, surfacing and pectoral fin slaps.
